Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Terranova Ventures, we strive to offer complete transparency and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our travel and service-based offerings, certain cancellation and refund conditions apply. We recommend all customers review the following carefully before confirming their booking.
1. Booking Confirmation & Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed by the customer and processed by Terranova Ventures, it is considered final.
Cancellations after written confirmation or payment are generally not permitted, regardless of the reason provided by the customer. This is because our services and arrangements are confirmed in advance with our travel and hospitality partners.
In exceptional cases, if cancellation is requested within a reasonable time and under valid circumstances, the company may, at its sole discretion, review the case and determine eligibility for partial refunds or credits.
2. Requesting a Refund
Customers may request a refund or cancellation within 15 days of receiving their holiday package or courier delivery.
All such requests must be submitted in writing through email at hello@terranovaventures.site or by contacting our official customer care team.
Refund requests made after the 15-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Return of Package
Refunds will be processed only after the customer returns the physical package (if applicable) in its original condition.
Once the returned item is received and verified by Terranova Ventures, the refund process will begin.
Please note that damage, loss, or tampering with the package may lead to rejection or delay of the refund request.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be initiated only after successful verification and approval.
The refunded amount will be transferred either:
To the original source of payment, or
To the customer’s bank account, if valid details (including account number and canceled cheque) are provided during the refund process.
5. Refund Timeline
After successful verification of the returned package and confirmation of bank/payment details, Terranova Ventures will initiate the refund within 8–10 working days.
Please note that the time taken to reflect the refund in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
6. Company’s Right to Amend or Refuse
Terranova Ventures reserves the right to modify, refuse, or delay any refund request if it does not comply with the above terms or if misuse of services is suspected.
All decisions made by the company in such matters shall be final and binding.
